SNDL Nagpur DF
SNDL has entered the distribution franchisee (DF) segment with a 15-year contract in Nagpur. Its gamut of work includes the provision of reliable power supply, improved customer services, greater efficiency and demand side management among other things. While the Franchisee ensures proper upgradation of the network to meet the load growth, it also addresses any deficiency in the existing system. SNDL is working towards making Nagpur a model franchisee in India with global standards in power distribution without fluctuation and interruption.
SNDL intends to bring about a positive change in the customer experience by introducing customer centric initiatives and has devised a mechanism to initially minimize and eventually eliminate customer grievances.
The franchisee is responsible for metering, billing and collection from all the consumers in the franchisee area as per the tariff defined by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.
